Who you are PhD or MSc/MA in Quantum Information, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related technical field. Hands-on software development experience and strong software design skills, with proficiency in Python; C++ and/or Rust are an advantage. Strong understanding of quantum computing, quantum algorithms, compilation, optimization techniques. Ability to translate technical ambiguity into product direction, specifications, and delivery plans. Ability to communicate clearly with researchers, engineers, customers, and product stakeholders. Ability to technically research and assess competitors and the market.
