Requirements: B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on embedded development experience in C and C++. Proven Fast Learner & Adaptability: Ability to quickly dive into an existing, complex codebase, understand the architecture, and become productive. Development & Integration Capabilities: Practical experience developing and debugging software across MCU environments (STM32, ESP32, Cortex-M / RTOS) and/or Embedded Linux User-Space. Engineering Excellence & Ownership: High standards for code quality, strong sense of ownership, and a track record of delivering reliable software on schedule. Teamwork & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate closely with team members, System Engineering, Hardware, and Integration teams.
