Most brand design roles ask you to execute someone else's vision and move on. This one goes further. SysAid is looking for a Senior Brand Designer who can take a brand direction and make it tangible, at scale, at quality, across every channel. Someone who ships polished static and motion assets, and who cares as much about the system behind the work as the work itself. The gap between our brand ambition and what actually goes to market is a craft and consistency problem. That's the problem this role exists to solve. The right person has an eye for detail that others don't. They get satisfaction from building things that are both beautiful and reusable. And they bring enough ownership to raise the visual bar without being asked. About the role SysAid competes in a market where every vendor looks and sounds the same. Standing out takes a brand that's visually distinctive, consistent across every touchpoint, and built to scale. That's the bar this role is built to meet. You'll own the execution of SysAid's brand: static and motion assets across paid, organic, events, decks, and product marketing. You'll also own the design system that makes it all work: building it, maintaining it, and making sure it's the kind of system other teams actually use. AI is part of how you work, accelerating production without sacrificing craft. You'll sit inside the marketing team and work closely with product marketing, demand gen, and brand. The briefs will range from paid social to event materials, from product launch visuals to brand system components. What stays constant is the expectation: every asset you ship must be on-brand, crafted, and built to last. What you'll do Execute static brand assets across all channels: ads, social, decks, event materials, product marketing collateral. Design and produce motion assets: social video, animated ads, brand motion, presentation animations. Build and maintain the SysAid brand design system in Figma: components, tokens, guidelines
