About this role We’re looking for a Staff Engineer to lead the design and development of central components within Aidoc’s R&D. You’ll combine hands-on development with architectural leadership - solving complex engineering challenges, guiding your team through design decisions, and ensuring our systems are robust, scalable, and maintainable. You’ll collaborate with other senior engineers, tech leads, and product partners to define technical direction, drive innovation, and improve engineering practices across the teams and groups.
