Alignment with the Foundation's values.
Bachelor's degree.
Native-level fluency in English and Hebrew (writing, reading, and speaking).
At least 5-7 years of professional experience in a relevant role. Familiarity with the Israeli public or non-profit sector is preferred.
Experience in organizing site visits, seminars, or events/productions.
Technical Skills: Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite required. Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
Ability to manage schedules, logistics, and deadlines.
Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving: Analyzes information carefully and synthesizes key insights to inform decisions. Identifies issues proactively and recommends thoughtful, practical solutions.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Manages priorities effectively while advancing work independently and collaboratively. Works respectfully with partners across teams. The position is hybrid with an expectation of 1-2 days in person in Jerusalem.
Flexible/non-standard working hours as needed to interface with US time zones.
Includes occasional international travel as required.
