Highly motivated and self-driven 10+ years in Project/Program Management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (explicitly leading and managing teams of PMs) Strong mastery of PS business models, commercial contract structures (Fixed-Price vs. T&M), and financial metrics (margins, utilization, and revenue realization). A proven track record of navigating high-stress client crises, turning around failing projects, and managing difficult client dynamics at the executive level. Proficiency with project and resource planning tools (Salesforce, Advanced Excel, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar). Elite verbal and written communication in English and Hebrew, with the ability to articulate complex technical and commercial concepts to C-suite audiences.
