Why this role is for you
Yad2 Vehicles is where most of Israel buys and sells a car. Millions of people move through the journey every year, and almost none of that journey is a product we have built yet.
In this role you own the consumer journey end to end, on both the seeker and the seller side, and you turn it into a new revenue line through pricing, packaging and new paid services. You do it without hurting the listings and the engagement that keep the marketplace working. This is a new line, and you build it from the first test.
What You Will Be Doing
Own the seeker and seller journeys end to end, from the decision to buy or sell through closing the deal. You map the friction, prioritize the fixes and measure their impact.
Own a named consumer revenue line, covering pricing and packaging, conversion funnels, ARPPU and paid features.
Build new paid services for consumers, starting with a bundle of alerts and vehicle-history reports.
Protect supply and engagement. Before a pricing move ships, you estimate what it will cost, design the test that catches that cost early, and set the rollback trigger.
Run A/B tests and pricing tests on your own, build the dashboards and review them weekly. Keep iterating after launch.
Build the product case for finance, insurance and inspection services inside the journey, together with the lead who sources and signs the partners.
Work with Product, Data, Marketing and Partnerships, reporting to the VP Operations & Monetization.
