What We Need to See B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science / Software / Electrical Engineering (or similar) 8+ years in software development or verification and 3+ years in technical leadership/management ​Strong Python and C/C++ Experience with large-scale verification or automation frameworks Strong networking background (L2 / L3) Solid Linux knowledge CI/CD & DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Gerrit, Docker) Strong communication and organization and ability to align multiple teams and deliver results Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd Experience managing verification teams in HW/SW environments Background in scalable or distributed systems Experience with multi-node testing or performance validation Strong debugging skills (especially concurrency issues) Deep understanding of networking and system architecture
