Cielo Inertial Solutions, a leading provider of advanced inertial navigation systems for defense and international markets, is looking for a Systems Engineer to lead the design and development of IMU & INS solutions. This role is at the heart of our R&D organization, driving system architecture and end-to-end development of complex multidisciplinary products. In this role you will – Lead full lifecycle development of inertial navigation systems (IMU/INS) – from concept and requirements definition through architecture, design, integration, verification, and qualification. Own system-level architecture, including performance budgets, error modeling, and trade-off analysis. Drive multidisciplinary development across Hardware, Firmware, Software, Algorithms, Mechanics, and Production. Define and manage system requirements, interfaces, and verification plans (V&V). Lead integration activities, debugging, and root-cause analysis of complex system-level issues. Analyze performance and test data (lab & field), including drift, noise, thermal & dynamics effects, and calibration behavior. Support design reviews, documentation, and compliance with industry and military standards. Contribute to cost estimation, risk analysis, and design-to-cost considerations. Work closely with customers – from technical discussions to onsite integration and acceptance tests.
