What You’ll Actually Be Doing Develop and execute the Israeli Cross River Employer Brand strategy aligned with hiring priorities. Own and continuously improve CRT digital employer presence across all digital channels. Lead recruitment marketing campaigns and create compelling employer brand content. Build relationships with universities, professional communities, and other external partners that strengthen talent attraction. Plan and manage the company's participation in recruitment events, conferences, meetups, hackathons, and community initiatives. Measure employer branding effectiveness using relevant KPIs and continuously optimize results. Design and maintain HR dashboards, executive reporting and workforce analytics. Analyze Talent marketing trends and provide actionable recommendations to HR and business leaders. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across HR processes, reporting and content creation. Manage recurring employee communication channels. Lead recurring employee communications and support quarterly All Hands communications. Develop manager communication toolkits and adapt global messaging for local needs. Requirements What You Bring to the Table This requires availability working 4 times a week from our Jerusalem office - Must Native-level fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal) - Must 5 - 8 years of experience in Employer Branding, Talent Marketing, Recruitment Marketing, HR Analytics, or related fields - Must, experience in a high-growth tech
