At our Space Cameras Development site in Rehovot, we are looking for a Space Cameras Development Manager. This is a key leadership position serving as the main technical authority in cutting-edge projects, leading multidisciplinary development activities from concept to delivery. You will work closely with engineering, production, operations, subcontractors, and customers while leading complex technological programs with broad impact and strategic importance. In this role you will Lead full technical aspects of space camera systems while ensuring compliance with technical requirements and design integrity Manage and conduct engineering reviews, integrations, tests, and formal release processes Plan and control project schedules, quality, and deliverables Coordinate and collaborate with program management, customers, subcontractors, and supporting departments Manage engineering resources, prioritize tasks, and oversee development workstreams Lead the system from early development phases through final delivery to the customer Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or Electro-Optics -
