We are looking for A Systems Engineer for airborne platforms at our company site in Rosh HaAyin, specializing in UAVs or fixed-wing aircraft You will join a team developing unmanned ground and airborne systems powered by advanced control and flight applications If you love bridging engineering vision with operational reality, working at multidisciplinary intersections, and shaping products at the forefront of technology – come be part of our team at Elbit's C4I and Cyber division In this role you will Develop, characterize and lead unmanned airborne and ground platforms end-to-end Author system documents and specifications, conduct design reviews, and lead system integrations and trials Work closely with domestic and international customers and support complex multidisciplinary projects Collaborate with software, firmware, hardware, mechanical and aerodynamics teams and drive processes within a matrix organization Gain exposure to advanced technological domains and have a broad impact on development directions and solutions Requirements B.Sc. in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in multidisciplinary systems or as a technical lead in the development of airborne platforms such as UAVs or VTOL systems Experience in technical leadership and integration management within a matrix organization working with multidisciplinary teams Background from UAV flight operations or drone units -
