We're looking for a Lead UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and take a leading role in shaping the user experience across our products. You'll work on complex, mission-critical systems used by drone operators and commanders in the field, collaborating closely with Product and R&D to create intuitive and impactful user experiences.
What You'll Do
Lead the UI/UX across our web platform, mobile applications and command & control systems
Work closely with Product and R&D to turn complex workflows into intuitive user experiences
Design new features from concept to implementation with a strong focus on usability and attention to detail
Own and maintain and evolve our design system using Figma and AI-powered design tools
Help drive the user experience of new products as the company continues to grow
What You'll Do
Requirements
4+ years of UI/UX design experience in a product company
Experience designing complex digital products or B2B systems
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects and UX thinking
Proficiency in Figma
Experience working with AI-powered design tools
Excellent attention to detail and a user-centered design approach
Ability to take ownership and drive design decisions independently
