Commission Analyst

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required 4+ years of experience in commissions, revenue operations, FP&A, accounting, payroll, or a related function Technical Expertise: Proven success in leveraging systems and automation to drive process efficiency and accuracy Experience managing large-scale commission programs in high-growth environments Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets Preferred: Experience with NetSuite, CIQ, and Salesforce Skills & Qualities: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Ability to work effectively with both remote and in-person teams
